There are very few things in life we get much more out of than we put in. Exercise is one of those things. From the obvious physical advantages of muscle growth, weight loss or control, to cardiovascular health exercise does so much. Almost every good hormone we produce is stimulated by exercise. Get up early and spend 20 to 45 minutes exercising. The dividends will be incredible you will see.
