The Daily Echo: Concussion and TBI Treatment with Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber: September 2, 2018

I often see the damaging effects motor vehicle accidents create with those involved in these types of accidents. One of the most commonly overlooked injuries occurs to the brain. Many people will refer to this as a concussion or TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury). The symptoms are a long list of symptoms that include headaches, memory loss, depression, light sensitivity, and the list goes on and on. In the 25 years I have been involved in the care of these patients one of the treatments I have seen very favorable results is with Hyperbaric Oxygen Treatment. A local Neurologist I work with has a large chamber in her office and I have seen quite impressive results with this type of treatment.
