The Daily Echo: Day 5 Light the World…Love your Mom and Dad… December 5, 2017

Being born into this world does not always guarantee having perfect parents. We don’t get to decide who our Mom and Dad are. For some they hit the lottery while others were not so lucky. In my case I was blessed beyond measure. On today’s light the world we are asked to honor our father and mother. Make a phone call, send a text, or email, or better yet visit your parents. For those whose hearts are not drawn towards their parents either by the fault of the parent, or your own…… Make an effort. Sometimes we don’t really understand the full picture of why some take the actions they do. We are only asked to reach out and love and forgive. By making the sacrifice and attempt you might see the world a little different and will begin to restore a relationship that is needed in your life and theirs. Time to light the World.
