This is a clip from on of my favorite movies, “Facing the Giants”. I love this scene and it depicts a young man who needed a blindfold so he couldn’t see to accomplish more than he had in the past. How many times does our vision get in the way of what we can accomplish. Because that is all we did in the past we think that is all we can do today. Most of us have more in us than we are giving. Most of us have so much more. But sometimes it is easier to expend all of our energy comparing our “problems” to other or complaining about the lack in our life. Sometimes we have to put the “blindfold” on and just give all we can. I think we all will be surprised at how much we accomplish.
