The Daily Echo: It’s not see how drunk you can get day, It’s Memorial Day. May 26, 2014

One of my frustration has always been the way people look at memorial day. Trips to the Lake, the beach, and most of the time drinking. Lots of drinking. In fact we know that one of the deadliest days regarding drunk driving in Memorial Day. I know somewhere along the way we have forgotten why we have this special day. I hope all of us will reverence those fallen soldiers this day and not add to the death toll by drinking and driving.
