The simple fact of life is all of us will have pain in our lives. One of my favorite quotes is “Pain is Inevitable, Misery is Optional”. We decide, Yes WE DECIDE what we do about those times in our lives that are painful. Do we get up? Do we learn from that pain? Do we grow from that pain? I love today’s short clip about pain.
