What are the rules you have set up to allow yourself to be HAPPY :)…. We all have rules in our mind that allow us to feel successful or happy or sad or upset. Think about the rules you have set up in your mind???? How about making the rules simply??? Examples would be “Success and Happiness happen when I progress”…… If we are constantly progressing we are Successful and give yourself permission to be Happy… That frame of mind will lead to opportunities you might not have had when you are always unhappy about where you are. It will effect your attitude and a good attitude always performs better than a poor one.
