Old school is the new school. S/o to our friends at Garage Strength for showcasing some speed training around the biceps.
The question it raises: are we actually taking care of the tissues that we use a lot? (Kissing the guns doesn’t count.)
Here’s a quick finisher to throw in on an arm day. You’re probably going to go down some steak, right? Only fair to throw a meaty load on those biceps you just smoked.
