The Hawthorne Effect was a study done almost 100 years ago. By observing workers and changing the stimulus results improved. It didn’t seem to matter what stimulus changed the results and improvements always seemed to follow. After a few years the conclusion was formed that by observing and monitoring progress improvement occurred. This is my topic for today. It is not only imperative that we have Goals in our life but that we are monitoring and tracking our progress. As we do this we will see very impressive results.
