The reality is what we think determines how we act which become our habits and that creates our character. Last August in the Successful Life Course taught by Ed Foreman and Earlene Vining I grasped this idea. I know it makes perfect sense when we break it down but it seemed to take 47 years to finally make its way to my brain. It seems so simple but yet we ignore this fact when we dump useless data into our minds each day. If you really take this model to heart you will begin to evaluate everything you “take in” during the day. What you watch on TV, what you listen to, what you read, and what you are looking at on the internet. If you don’t like who you are you can many times trace it back to what you putting in your mind.
