On March 10, 2016 the world lost one of it’s angels. Our sweet mother, wife, grandmother, and friend was taken way too early. In today’s Echo we induct Elisabeth Margreth Andersson to the “Echo Hall of Fame”. I met my future mother in law 29 years ago. Her angelic smile and wonderful laugh created a bond between us that became second, only to my own mother. Although we didn’t speak the same language we “spoke” a different kind of language. Through the years I understood why I had married such an angel myself. All of the wonderful qualities my wife has, I saw in her mother. Her love and compassion is the glue that has held her family together. Elisabeth never once thought about herself. She was always doing for others with that smile on her face. Many times that smile would be accompanied by a girlish laugh and a hug. Her husband Sonny, her children Inger, Robert, Maria, the many grandchildren, and her great grandaughter will forever be blessed because of her. As the great Winston Churchill said, ” We make a living by what we get, BUT we make a life by what we give”…. Our Sweet Elisabeth your Legacy has and will continue to make a difference in the lives of those that follow. You have truly given all you had. We all look forward to the day we can once again see that angelic smile, accompanied by the girlish laugh, and I’m sure a warm hug… We Love You…
