Had a great time doing Hawaii Ironman 70.3. This was the first race that I did just to finish with no time frame set. I just wanted to experience the race, get that medal/tee shirt, and not be completely destroyed afterwards. Kona is always a good time! Though admitedly, after doing this race, there is no way i want to do the Kona Full Ironman. Mad respect for anyone who toes the start line at that event! On a side note, my left knee hurt pretty consistently during the run… turns out i have a small tear in my MCL.
