I am a big Fan of Carl. I think Fitness is more than just being lean. It’s Functional Fitness at it’s best. Why does your strength matter? What about your Strength allows you to be better in daily situations? How often are you going to Bench press something? Probably NEVER!!!! Do linemen start the drive of their arms with there hands behind their chest????? NO!!! They push from in front so why do we care that we can bench X amount of weight when the 4-5 inches from behind the chest only create improper mechanics but result in multiple injuries across the world.

As you look to 2021 and your fitness goals decided why you want to be fit and what functional reasons and advantages your fitness will bring you?
