The Daily Echo: Post Election Thoughts….. November 12, 2016

November 12, 2016

I don’t use social media to push my political agenda. I believe everyone should use the Freedom we have to study out the topics and learn all they can. Then exercise that right to Vote. There is always a winner and there is always a loser. Post election “hangover” can become pretty ugly as we have seen over the past few days. For some reason people decide to destroy property, burn flags, troll social media to vent……and the list goes on and on. Being an avid sports fan I came across a short video from Ernie Johnson… Those who watch basketball know Ernie for his work at TNT and the NBA…. Today I am sharing this short clip. Ernie was obviously not impressed with any of the major candidates and thus voted for none of them. Take 2 minutes and listen to Ernie’s comments. Then instead of worrying about everything out there…..Work on what you can work on…YOU.. Be a better man, woman, husband, wife, father, mother, friend, co-worker, and the list goes on and on. Love more, serve more….Become the Best YOU…….YOU can become. I believe no matter who is elected we all should hope and pray that person leads properly. Many prayers from our family over the years have been offered for someone I did not vote for..And in the final analysis remember someone far greater than the president of the United States is in charge.
