The most important variable in behavioral change is forcing yourself to behave differently than you feel. I am afraid that Discipline has somehow been lost in our vocabulary today. Everyone is looking for the “easy” way and a life of “ease”. You will never meet a person who has succeeded that is not disciplined. Today look at the areas in your life that you are falling short and begin to change one area at a time. It might be your lack of discipline to “GET UP” on time… It might be your lack of discipline to follow your exercise plan. It might be your lack of discipline to eat the way you know you must….. The list goes on and on and all of us can find an area to improve our discipline….
