If you don’t have enough extension to hit the finish position in bench (which btw is NOT full extension) OR you’re missing the rotational component, you’ll find yourself stuck in a position that prevents you from pressing fully through at the top.

These compromises may not be causing you pain, but you can bet your a$$ they’re causing you to miss lifts and leak power when you need it most.
