How many times a day do we say negative things to ourselves? How many times a day do we look at others and think negative or hurtful thoughts about them. Habit 3 is a very tough habit to master. It may take some time to develop the discipline to think about what you are thinking about. But until we begin to step back and observe ourselves thinking we will never change. The habit of developing the positive thinking habit will make a world of difference in your life and those around you.
